OC - Burntfoot

Here we finally have my fifth Warriors original character, Burntfoot! She has been designed after a friend's kitten and shares some personality traits of said kitten, but she's all mine!

Names: Burntkit, Burntpaw, Burntfoot

Littermate: Brightpelt
Appearance: Ginger tabby she-cat with hazel eyes; her upper muzzle is slightly lopsided, with the left portion being a bit smaller than the right; she has dark markings on the backs of her hind feet (if people choose to draw her, her stripes and spots aren't absolutely necessary to draw the same way, but the foot markings are essential); when she sleeps, her left eye tends to remain half-open, with her third eyelid pulled across it, giving her the appearance of having a somewhat possessed "dead" eye (this is true for the cat she was modelled after )

Personality: Bright and cheerful just like her sister, Brightpelt, Burntfoot also likes to think of herself as a master in battle (she really isn't; that is all her own misconception). Nevertheless, she will go to any lengths to protect her Clan. She is a prankster and very gutsy, pushing her elders just to the extent where they will nearly punish her - for example, if she were told not to cross the Clan border, she would slooooowwwwly edge one toe over the line before dashing away from a reprimand. Burntfoot is close friends with her sister and extremely protective of her. She highly disapproves of Brightpelt's friendship with Wildpath, though she grudgingly appreciates what the ShadowClan medicine cat did for her sister.

Background:
There isn't much to say about Burntfoot's past. She was born and raised in RiverClan with her sister Brightpelt, and tries her best to be a great warrior. She was right there training with Brightpelt as an apprentice, and getting into trouble with her when they ventured into the horse pasture near the Twoleg farm.

When Brightpelt was caught by the Greenleaf Twolegs (teenagers), Burntfoot was on the patrol that was passing by, and elected to be part of the distraction so the other cats could get her sister away. She was the one who fled to ShadowClan territory to retrieve Wildpath to help the RiverClan medicine cat, and was irritated on the return journey because she felt that he wasn't rushing quickly enough.

Burntfoot helped to restrain her sister when Wildpath went to work gnawing her toes off, but because of the shrieks that Brightpelt made throughout the process (despite having been dosed with poppy seeds), Burntfoot continues to hold boiling resentment in her belly, no matter how unreasonable the feelings are.

After what happened with her sister, Burntfoot matured a bit because of her maternal instincts kicking in. She helped retrain Brightpelt to live with her mangled foot, supporting her in the water and whatever else. Even through her sudden sobriety, Burntfoot still loves pushing the line when she teases her Clanmates.

Burntfoot's name came from:
"Burnt-" because of her ginger coat
"-foot" because of her fondness for tearing around and leaping into trees (a very unusual trait for RiverClan cats), and her stealth when she hunts, whether her prey is fish or land critters

The real "Burntfoot" is a bit of a parkour artist, clawing her way around the outside of her cat tree like Spider-Man rather than going up the base of it.
